Star Valley Farm in Redmond, WA., a breeding, showing and boarding facility, is seeking an animal attendant to oversee and perform all aspects of equine management and care. Duties will include nutrition, herd health, breeding, foaling, conditioning and training as well as assisting in maintenance and veterinary care. The position requires an Associate degree (i.e. 2 year college degree) in equine studies and 2 years experience in a similar position. The person who holds this position will have the option to live in a rent-free apartment located on the farm.
